First I should note that is is another case where Amazon groups ALL reviews of a “variety” of a product and posts on each variety. So you need to look to see which “variety” is being reviewed. If you are here for the Ethiopian you see reviews for French Roast. Now to my reviewThough I generally review entertainment products on Amazon I do occasionally review food products and in January – at the (virtual-online) Specialty Fancy Food Show– the company had a “booth” and their coffees. . The company sent me samples of two including the Ethiopian Ground Coffee (Medium Roast) ) for an OBJECTIVE review. I received no compensation other than the opportunity to review them. These were a great find.I drink at least 3 cups of caffeinated and one decaf every day. I generally prefer a dark roast but this was strong enough for me, I tried to mix my coffee origins. This varietal is organic and it’s fine. I got no aroma when I opened the bag (It came in Feb 2022 and marked “best by 11/6/22” on the bag. But it did taste good when I made it using my Keurig reusable K-cup.Oh yes, I also tried brewing it over ice in my Keurig (reusable K-cup). I found it helped to use the “strong” option as well as the “over ice” button. love both varieties and am glad I found them. I’m now using either of the varieties once a day. This is not my favorite small company ground coffee but I do like it. Hence four starsSteve Ramm
